1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "fillbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the fillbet online gaming platform, accessible at fillbet.vip and all subdomains thereof.
• "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the fillbet platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the fillbet platform.
• "Platform" means the fillbet website at fillbet.vip, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming products and services.
• "Wallet" means the in-account balance maintained by fillbet on behalf of a Member, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Member using funds in their Wallet on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the fillbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times. This requirement reflects applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards. fillbet operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.2 Age Verification. fillbet reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify a Member's age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card, or Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified by fillbet may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of funds pending compliance.

2.3 Residency. The fillbet Platform is operated for and marketed to players in the Philippines. Members must ensure that accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction at the time of use. fillbet makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) fillbet Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of name variations, email addresses, or payment methods used — constitute a breach of these Terms. fillbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and confiscate funds held therein.

2.5 Exclusions. The following individuals are not permitted to open or maintain an Account: persons under 21 years of age; employees, officers, directors, and agents of fillbet and their immediate family members; persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming establishment; and persons subject to a court order or statutory prohibition preventing them from engaging in gambling activities.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration. To use the fillbet Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. fillbet reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to notify fillbet promptly of any change to your registration details, including your contact email address, registered mobile number, or payment information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or termination.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity on the fillbet Platform conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. fillbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify fillbet immediately at [email protected]. fillbet may freeze your Account pending investigation. Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fillbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard), USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. fillbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the fillbet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members depositing via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) will have their deposit converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. fillbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a transfer is initiated and the time it is credited.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. fillbet reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a verified account in the Member's own name. fillbet may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal to a payment method registered in a different name than the fillbet Account is strictly prohibited and will be declined.

4.5 Processing Times. fillbet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed same-day. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution. fillbet does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Own Funds. By depositing into your fillbet Account, you confirm that all funds are your own, that they are not proceeds of any unlawful activity, and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. fillbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for clearing wager requirements will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any specified time limit will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. fillbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate any Account, where fillbet reasonably determines that a Member has abused the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-member bonuses; using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit wagering requirements; or providing false information in connection with a promotion claim.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active and pending wagering completion may affect the status of the existing bonus — please consult the promotion terms or contact support before making additional deposits.

6. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the fillbet Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. fillbet accepts no liability for losses attributable to a Member's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

6.2 Bets Placed in Error. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the fillbet system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed. fillbet is not responsible for wagers placed in error, including incorrect amounts, incorrect selections, or bets placed under misunderstanding of game rules.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a system, software, or connectivity malfunction during a game round, fillbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's Wallet. fillbet's liability in the event of a malfunction is limited to the return of the amount wagered on the affected round.

6.4 Disconnection. fillbet is not responsible for any loss resulting from disconnection during a game session due to internet instability, device failure, or other factors outside fillbet's control. Members playing on mobile networks — common among Filipino players using prepaid SIMs — are advised to ensure a stable connection before placing high-value wagers.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fillbet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Members, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting schemes.
• Laundering money or other proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages to which you are not entitled.
• Chargebacks via payment providers in bad faith, or initiating false dispute claims in relation to legitimate transactions.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or deposit limit measures imposed by fillbet or voluntarily elected by the Member.
• Any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or threatening toward fillbet staff or other Members.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. fillbet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively encourages all Members to engage in responsible gaming practices. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of solving financial problems.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all fillbet Members through the account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary suspension of account access); and voluntary self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform).

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude must contact fillbet support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the Member's Account will be suspended, bonus offers will be suppressed, and promotional communications will cease. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the fillbet Platform — including but not limited to the fillbet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual content — is the property of fillbet or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. fillbet grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform.

9.3 Prohibited Use. Members must not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means; reproduce or redistribute fillbet's branding, logos, or game content; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website without fillbet's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. The fillbet Platform provides access to games of chance and skill. fillbet makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any Member will achieve any particular result, win any particular amount, or generate any return on wagers placed. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss.

10.2 Service Availability. fillbet will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or events beyond fillbet's control — including telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions — may result in temporary unavailability. fillbet is not liable for any loss resulting from such unavailability.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fillbet's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. fillbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if fillbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 Right to Amend. fillbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at fillbet.vip/terms-conditions and will display the date on which it was last updated.

11.2 Notice. Where amendments are material, fillbet will provide notice to Members via their registered email address or via an on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available Wallet balance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the fillbet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Members must submit a written complaint to [email protected], and fillbet will respond within ten (10) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Game Result Disputes. All game outcomes displayed on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and/or live dealer procedures conducted in real time. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the fillbet system record shall be deemed definitive unless the Member can demonstrate manifest error by clear and cogent evidence. Disputes regarding game results must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event.
